So, there is a story to what happened to the server. But I'm not going to tell it now. Right now, I'm trying to get things back to some amount of normality.

Update: Upgraded to WordPress 1.5 nightly, January 4th. Very slick new package. Lots of bugs, but it's a nightly, so I expect little else.
Update 2: Installed the Spam Karma plugin. Easy install, less then 2 minutes to get running. Wonderful.
Update 3: Spam Karma seems to be acting very aggressive, as it has trashed several very normal comments. I have it set on a lower level now, so lets hope that fixes it. =/
