Highly Impressed, To My Surprise

I recently installed Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and I must say, it is one amazing program, or group of programs. I always looked up Office as software that I needed to do certain things, and it was limited to that. Outlook for mail, Word for essays, and Excel for graphs for labs and such.

The improvements that have made have really impressed me, especially in Outlook 2003 and Word 2003. Outlook has added a great, and accurate spam email filter, that works without help from SpamNet or SpamAssassin. And believe me, I know when it works, I get a good 80 spam emails a day, along with the spam comments that go up on this site. Regarding Word, it's a nicer layout of menus, and the new 'reading' preview is a great way for me to read my essays, it's more like a book.

As Patrick mentioned on his site, he installed the OneNote 2003 program on his PC, and I followed suit. I'm very impressed, in fact, for the last few minutes I've been raving to my father about why he should use it. I'm using it to work out my designs, my plans for projects, tidbits, and essay work. It's a great program. This may be the only time I say this...

Way to go Microsoft! You have impressed me.
